Blood Moon-Being

The blood moon has just past and the light of the moon has caught my attention. We are so much more that we know, and so much more than we think we know. Yes, we are doers, go getters, but we must also just be. Being. Beingness. I am being. Just be.
 For the new year that must be my message. Just be.

I have seen the Magritte exhibit, David Bowie, Andy Warhol Museum, visited the Moma.... I have seen so much and it feels that there is an opening... there is something happening in the universe, that there is an exhalation that is about to happen, a letting go. Can you feel it?  Can you witness it in your own life?

Documenting the Process

ART is such a mysterious and beautiful thing. When a work is created, there is a process involved and the work undergoes vast changes through the process. It keeps changing, never stays the same, kind of like life. I want to capture the changes that my works go through in this blog, for my own memory of the process of creation, and, in order to share this process for those of you interested. It is going to be a very intimate process because this work is about the awareness, body memory, healing and transformation of the very ugly but real aspects of childhood sexual abuse.
